If the procedure for obtaining a LTZ permit does not result in the granting of your request (for lack of the necessary requirements or due to errors in the presentation of the request) you can request a refund of payments made.
You must complete the refund request form, attaching a copy of the payment and a statement that you have never used this payment for the issuance of LTZ permits, and send it all to Roma Servizi per la Mobilità:
- by fax to the number +39 06 4695.6660
- by mail to Roma Servizi per la Mobilità – Piazzale degli Archivi 40 – 00144 Roma
- in person at the public teller's window of Roma Servizi per la Mobilità
Please be informed that the Administration of Roma Capitale, in a note of the Department for Mobility and Transport, Protocol no. 43893 of october 25, 2012, has specified that the cost items of the LTZ permit (related to stamp duty paid virtually and processing fees - due to the processing and checks performed by Rome Mobility Services Srl), are not considered as components of the total amount subject to reimbursement.
