The Capitol Council has given the ”ok“ to the recovery of parking lots of largo Caduti di El Alamein

"The Council of Roma Capitale has approved the technical-economic feasibility project of the extraordinary maintenance works of the El Alamein parking lot, in largo Caduti di El Alamein, in VII Municipio, Cinecittà area. The parking lot with its 139 parking spaces and 28 motorcycle spaces is a valuable infrastructure as an interchange parking lot and for the citizens of the entire quadrant," Eugenio Patanè, Mobility Councillor of Roma Capitale, announced in a statement.

"The intervention," Patanè explains, "is part of the overall plan that we have launched since the beginning of our administration to enhance and recover parking areas, a fundamental sector for reactivating the city's mobility system. In fact, we immediately committed ourselves to unlocking important works after years of immobility, such as the parking of Lungotevere Arnaldo da Brescia, Cornelia and Piazzale della Radio, and we approved on June 17 the guidelines of the new urban parking plan, in which the criteria and rules for the identification of parking areas are defined."
