From March 4, 2015 individuals who use trucks can be issued a booklet of 50, 100 or 200 daily passes to enter Rome's LTZs (Capitoline Committe Resolution No. 378/2014).
To make use of this concession, individuals must apply for the issue of a LTZ permit associated with a specific license plate, good for use for one year from the date of issue.
From Monday, August 3, 2015, the managing of your LTZ permits in booklet form is possible only through the new online system.
All you have to do is sign in on the website, by choosing a username and password (download the User Manual).
You will need to provide some identification data of the permit and the chassis number of the vehicle, to ensure a secure handling of your data (it will then be possible to allow other parties - belonging to the same company - to seek accreditation with the system for managing the stickers).
Every single LTZ access ticket must be requested before 6 pm the day before the entrance.
You will have at your disposition a simple interface that will allow you to choose the single LTZ booklet permit to associate with your day ticket, and can select beforehand the day of entrance.
The program, once the activation of the ticket has been confirmed, will provide in real-time a report on the remaining days of access still available. The request can be canceled by 6 pm of the day before the planned entry.
The application provides for notification by e-mail (to the address supplied by the user when registering for the service) of the daily entrance tickets still to be used once you have ten last accesses left, and at each subsequent entrance starting from the last five remaining tickets.
