RESIDENTS

Vehicle owned by the applicant 
Maximum two vehicles (with a maximum weight of 3.5 tons)

• a front-and-back copy of ID card

• fiscal code

• a copy of leasing or rental contract (if the vehicle is rented/leased)

• a copy of any vehicle review

Vehicle on loan for use by a company
Maximum one vehicle (with a maximum weight of 3.5 tons)

• a statement declaring the vehicle is to be used exclusively by the applicant and the relationship between the company and the applicant, with copies of both ID

• a statement in which the applicant declares no ownership to any vehicle

• a front-and-back copy of the driving licence

• fiscal code

• a copy of leasing or rental contract (if the vehicle is rented/leased)

• a copy of any vehicle review

Vehicle on loan by a first-degree relative
Maximum one vehicle (with a maximum weight of 3.5 tons)

• a statement declaring the vehicle to be used exclusively by the applicant and the relationship between the vehicle's owner and the applicant (degree of kinship) with copies of both ID

• a statement in which the applicant declares no ownership to any vehicle

• a copy of the driving licence (front and back)

• fiscal code

• a copy of leasing or rental contract (if the vehicle is rented/leased)

• a copy of any vehicle review

If the person submitting the application is not the applicant, he/she must bring a proxy and a copy of the applicant's ID card.

DOMICILED PEOPLE (with residency outside the province of Rome)

Vehicle owned by applicant
Maximum one vehicle per household (with a maximum weight of 3.5 tons)

• copy of the tenancy agreement or the house ownership papers registered in the name of the applicant or in the name of a first-degree relative

• copy of the utilities bills (gas and electricity) registered in the name of the applicant - in case of students, copies of university fees

• a copy of ID card (front and back)

• fiscal code

• a copy of any vehicle review

Vehicle on loan for use by a company

• a copy of the technical and health compliance certificate

• a copy of the registration in the Craftsmen Registry at the Provincial Chamber of Commerce

• a statement written by the craftsman affirming that the vehicle is essential to transport large, heavy, fragile or valuable instruments and equipment from their workplace to the client's home

• a front-and-back copy of the ID card

• fiscal code

• a copy of leasing or rental contract (if the vehicle is rented/leased)

• a copy of any vehicle review

Vehicle on loan by a first-degree relative
Maximum one vehicle per business (with a maximum weight of 3.5 tons)

• a statement declaring the vehicle to be used exclusively by the applicant and the relationship between the vehicle's owner and the applicant (degree of kinship) with copies of both ID

• a statement in which the applicant declares not to own any vehicle

• a copy of the technical and health compliance certificate

• a copy of the registration in the Craftsmen Registry at the Provincial Chamber of Commerce

It is now possible to self-certify the information contained in the following documents:

• The technical and health compliance certificate
