From Monday, April 24, bus route 649 will be extended from Largo Don Orione to Piazza Zama.
The details
Line 649 will follow the usual route from Tiburtina station to Via Albalonga then: in the direction of the new terminus in Piazza Zama, it will pass through Via Ceneda and Via Imera; in the direction of Tiburtina station, it will run from Piazza Zama and will transit on via Imera and via Etruria and then resume via Albalonga.

Route 649 will then make new stops in Piazza Zama direction: Imera, along via Imera near via Cutilia
direction Tiburtina station stop: 70484 Etruria/Albalonga, along via Etruria near via Imera
The bus line will no longer run at the stop: 75487 Appia/Re di Roma stop on via Appia Nuova, 60 meters after piazza Re di Roma and at the largo Don Orione stop terminus 78859.
The schedule of the first and last departures is unchanged:
- from Tiburtina station: 5.30-0.15 a.m.
- from piazza Zama: 5.40-midnight.
